Translations at all stages from their submission, during work in progress and after completion are registered, tracked and archived clearly, accurately and in a standardised manner using Windows applications in high capacity PCs.

Prices are for information only and apply to one-off orders. Significant reductions can be granted based on a long-term general agreement.

Charges are made on the basis of the character number of the completed translation (including spaces) in Word for Windows 6.0.
Texts of less than 1,000 characters per language are considered as 1,000 characters.
The day of submission of the original material and the day of handover of the translated material as well as non-working days are not included in the number of translation days.
Completed translations are handed over on CD, by e-mail or in a printed form as required.

Interpretation

Beneford's professional simultaneous and conference interpreters and translators offer superior quality service in almost all European languages, as demonstrated by our references and the large number of Hungarian and international events and business projects they have been involved in.

Daily fees

Simultaneous, consecutive and conference interpretation (from Hungarian into all European languages and certain other languages, and vice versa)

For interpretation work lasting less than 4 hours a day before midday a half-day fee is charged. For interpretation work between 4 to 8 hours a day a full day's fee is charged. The fee for every hour commenced in excess of 8 hours a day is 1.5 times the hourly fee calculated on the basis of the daily fee. For simultaneous interpretation in excess of one hour a day, two interpreters are required. In case of cancellation within less than 24 hours before the start, half of the fee for a full day (or half of the half-day fee) is charged.

For work outside Budapest the calculation is based on units of 1 day. For work outside Budapest in excess of 1 day, the interpreter's accommodation, meals and travel expenses are paid by the client.

Interpretation technology with MOBILe booths

- Installing infrared interpretation equipment and running costs for the first day:

1 to 1 language 1 booth	HUF 75,000
2 to 1 language 2 booths	HUF 120,000
3 to 1 language 3 booths	HUF 160,000
4 to 1 language 4 booths	HUF 200,000

For all other commenced days a fee of 70% of the first day's fee is charged.

The fee includes the hire charge, the costs of assembly and disassembly, the technician's daily fee and a public address system (with 2 fixed and 1 hand microphone).
